Privacy Policy

Overview

This policy explains what data Signal processes, why, and how it is protected. Signal is distributed through Together Inc as a private GoHighLevel Marketplace app. We collect and process only what is needed to deliver the service to you.

What we process

When you install Signal and connect data sources, Signal processes the business data you authorize from your GoHighLevel account and any other sources you connect, along with the knowledge you provide during onboarding and the questions you ask. We also process operational metadata such as usage records and error logs needed to run and support the service.

How your data is isolated

Your business data is scoped to your own workspace and is not shared across customers. Access controls enforce that isolation at the data layer. We do not sell your data and we do not use your business data to train shared models.

Service providers

Signal uses third-party infrastructure and AI providers to deliver its features. Data sent to those providers is limited to what is needed to fulfill your request and is governed by their respective terms. We select providers that support the confidentiality of the data they process on our behalf.

Retention

We retain your data for as long as your workspace is active and as needed to provide the service. When you uninstall the app or request deletion, we remove your workspace data on a reasonable schedule, except where retention is required by law.

Your choices

You control which data sources you connect and can disconnect them at any time. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us. You can uninstall the app from your GoHighLevel account at any time.
