1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Signal, an AI thinking layer distributed through Together Inc as a private GoHighLevel Marketplace app. By installing or using Signal you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
2. The service
Signal provides four capabilities that operate on the data you connect from your GoHighLevel account and other sources you authorize. Signal generates analysis, summaries, briefs, and answers. Output is provided for your consideration and is not professional, legal, financial, or investment advice. You are responsible for reviewing output before acting on it.
3. Your data and privacy
Your business data is isolated to your own workspace and is used to deliver the service to you. Signal does not sell your data. Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
4. Billing
Usage is metered and billed at cost through your GoHighLevel Wallet, with no markup on usage. You are responsible for keeping your wallet funded. Signal continues to operate while your wallet has funds. A small per-run minimum may apply so that a low-cost run has a real billing footprint.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Signal for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to breach the isolation of another customer workspace, to reverse engineer the service, or to use it in a way that violates the terms of the platforms and data sources you connect.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the app or by email, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signal is provided without warranties of any kind, and Together Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
